What ages do you serve?

We serve youth ages 9 through 17, young adults ages 18 to 25, and adults seeking specialized behavioral and mental health support. Our programs are designed to meet clients where they are in life with tailored, strength-based interventions.

What makes Impact Minds different from other health clinics?

Impact Minds is designed to be a stigma-free, strength-focused sanctuary where healing is inspiring and growth is visible. We combine clinical excellence with innovative programming and beautiful, uplifting spaces that encourage confidence and joy in recovery.

What types of behavioral therapy do you offer?

We focus on evidence-based behavioral therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavioral activation/exposure therapies. These modalities address anxiety, depression, trauma, mood dysregulation, and more, tailored for each client’s needs.

How do you measure progress?

We use a combination of clinical assessments, client feedback, and real-world skill tracking. Progress is transparent and celebrated, giving clients clear evidence of how they are becoming “Stronger Than Yesterday.”

What qualifications do your therapists have?

All of our clinicians are licensed and trained in evidence-based behavioral therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. Many hold advanced certifications in their specialties, ensuring you receive expert care tailored to your unique mental health needs.

Are family members involved in care?

Family engagement is vital. We offer parent coaching, family therapy sessions, and regular updates to support home and school success. Your family is a key partner in every step of the healing journey.

How do you ensure my privacy and confidentiality?

Protecting your privacy is a cornerstone at Impact Minds. All clinical services comply with HIPAA and state regulations. Confidentiality is respected in every interaction—from intake to ongoing care.

What kinds of advanced treatments do you offer?

Our advanced services include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), neurofeedback, occupational therapy, and trauma-informed movement sessions—all integrated with therapy and wellness coaching for whole-person care.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

Your first session will be a warm, comprehensive intake where we learn about your unique history, goals, and needs. Our clinicians approach assessment holistically, focusing on strengths and opportunities. We will outline a personalized care plan and answer any questions you have.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring any relevant medical or psychological records you have, a list of current medications, insurance information, and any questions or goals you want to discuss.

How long does it take to get started after I reach out?

Typically, the admissions and intake process takes 1–2 weeks, including insurance verification and assessments. We have expedited pathways for urgent or crisis situations to get you the care you need promptly.

How often will I have sessions?

Frequency depends on your individualized care plan. Many clients start with weekly sessions, with adjustments based on progress and preference. We also offer group workshops and intensive formats as alternatives.

Is telehealth available?

Yes. We offer many therapy and coaching sessions remotely via secure telehealth platforms, providing flexible access for clients who prefer virtual visits or travel constraints exist.

Is your campus accessible and welcoming?

Yes. Our Scottsdale campus is fully ADA compliant, with private parking and thoughtfully designed spaces that feel safe, welcoming, and inspiring—far from a clinical or intimidating environment.

What insurance do you accept?

We partner with many leading insurance providers. Our dedicated billing specialists help you navigate your benefits and handle claims to reduce any burden. For specialized or wellness programs such as the Leadership & Self-Development Academy, private pay options are available.

Can I observe or participate in group programs like the Leadership & Self-Development Academy?

Group programs are carefully curated for size and fit to maximize connection and safety. Observations are rare for privacy reasons, but we encourage prospective participants to attend open houses or info sessions to learn more.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We warmly welcome self-pay clients and offer competitive private pay rates along with flexible payment plans. Our admissions team can discuss options and help you find programs that meet your needs and budget.

What if I’m unsure what program or service is right for me or my loved one?

Our admissions team offers confidential consultations to evaluate your needs and provide personalized recommendations, ensuring you start with the right program and therapist.

Can I switch between programs if my needs change?

Absolutely. We regularly review progress and adapt care pathways to ensure the best fit for your evolving goals—including transitions between behavioral therapy, movement labs, leadership coaching, and other offerings.

How is telehealth different from in-person care?

Telehealth sessions provide the same evidence-based care and connection with your clinician via secure video platforms and are especially helpful for accessibility and convenience. In-person care offers more hands-on modalities like movement labs and advanced therapies.

Have questions beyond these?

Our admissions team is ready to help guide you confidentially and compassionately.
