Confidence Is Evidence, Not a Feeling

Many people wait to feel confident before they try something hard. The feeling rarely arrives on its own.
Confidence is built the other way around. Every time the body does something difficult and recovers, it collects a small piece of evidence: I can handle this. Enough evidence, and the feeling follows.
That is the principle behind the Movement Lab. Challenges are chosen to be just manageable, so people practice discomfort, recovery, and trying again in a setting where the stakes are low and the proof is real.
You cannot talk yourself into believing you are capable. You can show yourself.
