One Model Three Levels of Care
Outpatient care for adolescents and adults in Scottsdale, ages 12 and up. What changes between our programs is how much of the structure we hold while capacity comes back. The free consultation is where we work out which one fits.

You Do Not Need to Have All the Answers
Most people arrive here having already tried something that did not hold. Usually what was missing was not effort or understanding. It was capacity — a nervous system with enough in the tank to carry the change. That is what these programs rebuild, in a fixed order, at whatever intensity your week can hold right now.
Where you begin is decided by function rather than a label: whether school or work can be maintained, whether routine holds when stress arrives. Assessment happens here, on site, and the consultation before it is free.
Not sure which level fits? That is the call to make.Structure Tapers as Capacity Returns
Each level asks more of you and provides less scaffolding than the one before it. Hours in the building are the visible part of that.

Stability, then capacity, then regulation, then ownership. The order holds at every level, because skills do not stick in a depleted system and understanding on its own does not carry behavior.
Predictable structure, sleep, and routine first — provided from outside until it can be held from inside.
The body budget: comprehensive lab work, nutrition, movement, and sleep, so there is something to regulate with.
Practiced in exposure, in a safe space, rather than rehearsed in a quiet room and hoped for later.
Responsibility that shows up as follow-through outside program hours. Identity updates on evidence, not affirmation.
Neuroscience tools — TMS and neurofeedback — sit alongside the pillars when they are clinically appropriate. Never required, never universal, and never the program itself.
Impact Minds Core Modalities
All of it under one roof, on one plan, rather than referred out across town. RLA keeps the movement and coaching side, without the clinical components.
Sound, visuals, and light that evoke real feeling and emotion, for better focus and retention — and so regulation can be practiced in exposure, in a safe space.
Stress discharge, posture, and body-based regulation. Movement is part of every week — the body has to participate for the mind to follow.
Check-ins with your coach where you can talk through whatever is on your mind, and look at patterns, breakdown points, and what to try differently next.
Workshops that help families understand what their person is learning and going through, so they know how to support it at home.
Medication, labs, nutrition, and sleep handled in-house. Comprehensive panels at intake, midpoint, and near the end.
TMS and neurofeedback, used when clinically appropriate and included rather than upsold, with brain mapping along the way.
Three Levels, Side by Side
In PHP we hold nearly all of the structure. In IOP the handoff is in motion — you carry your day, we carry part of it. In RLA you hold nearly all of it, and we look at the evidence with you.
PHP
Daily life cannot currently be maintained without structure from outside. Sleep and routine are unstable, and the household is carrying more than it can.
IOP
Life is functional but fragile. Routines exist and break under stress, and recovery from a hard day takes longer than it should.
RLA
Someone stepping out of a program, or someone who never needed clinical care and wants consistency, confidence, and direction.
PHP
Usually pause for a season. That pause is the point — life slows down so it can steady.
IOP
Continue. Adolescents stay in school where possible; adults keep working, and part-time hours may be added later if capacity allows.
RLA
Untouched. This one is built to fit into a full life rather than replace part of it.
PHP
Mostly stability and capacity, with family involvement and psychiatric support as part of the plan.
IOP
Regulation under real conditions. The skills meet an actual Tuesday, and the sessions are where they get reset.
RLA
Ownership: goals executed, commitments kept, leadership and life skills. No diagnosis, no clinical record — growth work, not care.
Partial Hospitalization Program - PHP →Intensive Outpatient Program - IOP →Resilience & Leadership Academy - RLA →Moving between levels follows behavior rather than a calendar. Structure eases as attendance, recovery, and follow-through hold — and if they stop holding, more structure is not a setback. It is accuracy.
Our Team Is Here to Help You Find Your Path
Nobody arrives certain. You do not need a diagnosis, a plan, or the right words for what has been happening. When you call, there is a clinician on the other end of the line — not a call center — and the person you speak with works here, in this building.
They listen first, then explain what we would suggest and why. If another kind of care would serve you better, we will say that too. The consultation costs nothing, and so does the assessment that follows it — including the brain scan.
A call with a clinician about the last few weeks. Nothing to prepare, and no cost.
Also free, and it includes a brain scan and baseline lab work — so the plan starts from real information about you.
We recommend a level, explain the reasoning, and verify insurance before you commit to anything.
Your Progress Navigator stays with you as structure eases, and is there if it needs to come back.
Not everyone gets every test. Lab work helps build your plan, it is not a diagnosis on its own, and any nutrition support is added under medical oversight.
Part of the Model, Not an Add-On
Nobody can be regulated in a building for six hours and then sent home to the old patterns. The environment someone spends the most hours in is the one their body takes most seriously — so the household is part of the plan.
Family workshops help you understand what your person is learning and going through, so the language and routines at home support it rather than work against it. Families are usually the first to notice the change: the gap between a hard moment and the return to baseline gets shorter.
Where RLA Sits
The Resilience & Leadership Academy - RLA is a growth and accountability program, sold separately from clinical care. No diagnosis is required, and none is given.
Sessions ask what you did, what happened, and what you are doing next. At the halfway point of the one-year program, every participant takes on a mentee — teaching the standard is how it becomes yours.
Not therapy. Not a diagnosis. Just the work, kept up week after week.Stepping out of a program
Someone finishing PHP, IOP, or ongoing therapy elsewhere who is ready for less clinical support but still wants accountability and somewhere to keep practicing.
Never needed clinical care
A go-getter who wants more from life than getting by — someone ready to learn how to lead, decide, and follow through, and to keep raising their own standard.
Resilience & Leadership Academy - RLA →Built for Your Nervous System
Warm light, quiet corners, and rooms named for what you are building rather than what is wrong — because the environment is doing clinical work too.
