You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. A conversation can help bring clarity to what comes next.
Impact Minds provides structured mental health care in Scottsdale, AZ designed to support stability, strengthen regulation, and help progress carry into daily life.
Consultations are informational and do not constitute clinical assessment or treatment.
You can begin by completing a brief form. This allows our team to understand your situation and follow up with clear next steps. If you prefer to chat with someone first, we’re here for that too.
We typically follow up within one business day.
A consultation is designed to provide orientation, not pressure. You will speak with a member of our team to:
Understand what you are currently experiencing
Review patterns in daily functioning
Discuss what level of structure may be helpful
Answer questions about programs and care options
You are not expected to have a diagnosis. You are not expected to know which program you need. That process is guided with you.
If care at Impact Minds is not the right fit, we help provide direction toward appropriate next steps when possible.
How We Determine the Right Next Step
Level of care is not chosen randomly. It is determined through clinical assessment and medical necessity, based on current symptoms, functioning, and safety. Our clinicians work collaboratively with each patient to identify the most appropriate setting and modality. This might include Medication Management, Therapy, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), or a combination of services.
Recommendations are reviewed and adjusted as progress develops. The goal is not to choose perfectly. The goal is to start with the level of support that makes progress more accessible.
Professional evaluation of symptoms, patterns, and mental health needs
Evidence-based decisions grounded in clinical research and best practices
Partnership between our clinicians and you to determine the best path forward
Multiple treatment options: Medication Management, Therapy, PHP, IOP, or combinations
Your wellbeing and safety are prioritized in every care decision
